Where Human Needs Meet Data and AI
I work at the intersection of human-centred design, data, and AI to drive innovation with meaningful impact in areas like public welfare, education, and climate with a growing interest in healthcare. I'm also drawn to business design and strategy, using design to drive innovation from within organisations.

With a Master's in Design, where I explored service design, participatory design, and sustainable design, I bring together research, strategy, and co-creation tools to build solutions grounded in real human needs and behaviours.

I lead end-to-end design processes, from research and stakeholder co-creation to prototyping with both traditional and AI-assisted tools. Using methods like journey mapping, system mapping, and participatory workshops, I design systems and services that are not just functional, but responsible, inclusive, and rooted in how people actually live and interact with the world around them.
